Ingredients:
1 kg Apples, 400-500gr (15-18oz.) Sugar, ½ liter (1pint and 2 oz.) white Wine,
10-12 sheets of Gelatin, white Rum (as much as you like...).
Peel the apple, remove seeds, and cut into little pieces. Take half the wine, some water, all of the sugar, and bring it to a boil. Add the apple to it, and let it cook on medium heat until the apples are done. In the mean time, take the gelatin, and the rest of that wine, and mix it up until the gelatin is totally solved. Then add it to the apples, and pour the rum to it. Stir it good and turn the heat off. Place it in the refrigerator and let it cool down for a few hours. Serve this dessert with vanilla sauce or whipped cream.

Ingredients:
1 liter (4 ½ cups) Raspberry juice
( or if you wish, you can blend it with Cranberry juice),
juice from a½ Lemon , 4 ½ oz. Sago. ( starch product from the sago palm )
Let sago soak in the juice, then bring it to a strong boil. Add some lemon juice. Take a bowl and rinse it out with cold water, and pour the sago in it. Whipped cream or vanilla sauce makes this dessert special.

Ingredients:
1pack of your favorite Chocolate Pudding, ½ liter (1 Pint and 2oz.) Milk, 3 tablespoons of Sugar, 250 grams (9oz.) pitted Cherries, ½ teaspoon all purpose Flour, ½ shotglas of Cherry-Brandy ( in german its: Kirschwasser).
Prepare the chocolate pudding, and let it cool down. Bring cherries, sugar, and a little water to a boil for about 3-5 minutes. Then add the brandy, add a little flour, and stir real good. Add this on top of the pudding. Refrigerate. Then eat the whole thing.
